    Thank you mam. I have one doubt. How to cook maapilasamba and kattuyanam arisi. Cooker la vaithu sapidalama or like white rice kanji vadithu saapidanuma. Pls clarify my doubt.

      You need to soak for minimum 4 hrs.It has lots of fiber.You can pressure cook.Water quantity differs.Use the soaked water also to measure.You can use 3 1/2 cups of water.Give one more whistle extra.
