Beans curry : cooked French beans, Moong sprouts, salt, oil, Red chilli, grated coconut, sliced almonds, Roasted Horsegram, flaxseed ,sesame powder, Mustard seeds, asafoetida.
salad : cucumber, sweet corn , Almonds ,salt, oil, Mustard , grind :coconut, mint, coriander, g.chilli .
We expect these type of receips other than usual cooking….Very helpful for vegeterian like me mam.
